Burners

Cameron offers the widest, quietest and most powerful range of burners in the world. Burners are available in single, double, triple and quad configurations for use with the complete range of Cameron envelopes. Double, triple and quad models use a central gimbal block that removes the need for an inner burner frame. Liquid pilot lights are standard. Options include vapour pilot lights, squeeze action operation, adjustable height burner frames with pneumatic action, flexible corner sockets and restraint lugs for tethering. Larger burner frames are fitted with anodised aluminium heat shields as standard while the biggest frames feature 8-point suspension systems.

Stratus

The engineering behind the Stratus complements its striking appearance. As well as a single and double there are two triple and quad variants. The standard variant does not have a crossflow but can be equipped with Tema or Rego fittings. The high power liquid fire variant is standard on triple and quad burners. High power liquid fire burners can also be equipped with half-inch hoses and crossflow valves (Tema fittings only). Please specify which variant is required when ordering.

Shadow, Stealth and burner combinations

SHADOW: Shadow blast valves can be operated either by convenient squeeze action or traditional lever action. The whisper valve is built into the main manifold and a twin filter, self regulating, liquid pilot light is a standard feature, with vapour as an option. STEALTH: Stealth is the quietest full power balloon burner in the world. This revolutionary Cameron product is as powerful as the Shadow yet is as quiet as a whisper burner - with the added bonus of better fuel economy. It also features squeeze/lever action blast valves and self-regulating liquid pilot lights with twin fuel filters as standard. Vapour pilot lights are optional. Noise reduction is achieved by lowering the speed of the burner flame and this can result in difficulties when inflating in gusty conditions, or if wind shear is experienced during flight. Consequently we suggest that the Stealth is used in combinations that include a Shadow burner. COMBINATIONS: Various combinations of Shadow and Stealth bur... more
